Kristina Harrison-Antell fell in love with horses as a child and began riding at the age of six, when she got her first pony.  In 1992, she discovered her life’s passion in dressage, and rode her former hunter, Gilligan, to the advanced young rider level.

Kristina imported Kantor, a Dutch Warmblood gelding, from Holland in the late nineties. The team qualified for the 2003 Pan-American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, by winning the Bayer/USET Intermediate I Championship held at the USET headquarters in Gladstone, New Jersey.  The U.S. Team earned the coveted Pan-American Team Gold Medal.

Rociero XV, a stunning white PRE stallion, owned by Margaret Carrera of Auburn, California, was Kristina’s FEI partner in 2006 where they were named USDF Intermediate II Horse of the Year, and placed third in the 2007 USDF National Grand Prix Championships. Kristina and Rociero were awarded a grant from USET in 2007, which enabled them to travel to Olympic team coach, Klaus Balkenhol’s stable in Germany, in the fall of that year.  While there, besides training with Balkenhol, the pair competed successfully, coming second in the Grand Prix, at the CDI Oldenburg, among other top placings. Kristina and Rociero XV made history in 2008, as he became the first PRE in history to be invited to participate in the Olympic Dressage Team Selection Trials.

Starting in 2012, Kristina began developing a talented new string of young horses to bring up the levels. These horses included Finley, Barnaby Wilde GCF, Garrett, Quintessa RLF, Juliard DG, Arlo and I Felix.

In 2018, Kristina was awarded a coveted spot in the USEF Dressage Development program with her stunning KWPN gelding, Finley. The pair ranked 6th in the nation in the small tour at the US Dressage Festival of Champions. In addition, in 2019, Kristina and Barnaby Wilde GCF, a Hanoverian gelding she owns in partnership with Patricia Price, ranked 7th in the nation in the small tour at the US Dressage Festival of Champions.

Today, Kristina continues her longtime collaboration with Debbie McDonald and now Button Baker, as she continues to develop her new string of super stars.
